Well,thanks Marvel,now we can all enjoy more mindless action movies with actors that shouldnt even be in the same sentence with them .

Director Alfonso Cuarón and Warner Bros. have already endured quite an ordeal just trying to find a leading lady for their 3D sci-fi drama Gravity. But no sooner has Sandra Bullock come aboard to star than comes word that co-star Robert Downey Jr. may have to back out due to scheduling commitments.

Deadline says that Warners will deny the Downey buzz, but that with the start date of Gravity being perpetually delayed the Iron Man star may no longer be able to squeeze in the three weeks worth of filming that his supporting role would require.

Downey is currently promoting his comedy Due Date while also shooting Sherlock Holmes 2. The delays in finding a leading lady for Gravity have reportedly "taken a toll for Downey, who needs to focus soon on The Avengers, and then Iron Man 3."

Downey is also attached to star in Sam Raimi's Oz The Great And Powerful.
